Parker’s IQAN-XC41, -XC42, -XC43 and -XC44 are rugged expansion controllers that are designed as the ideal solution for expanding I/O for hydraulic control systems in mobile hydraulic vehicles and machinery. Parker IQAN® controllers enable optimized system architectures speeding development which improves OEM revenues.

The 4 sizes of the XC4x family of expansion controllers have varying amounts of local I/O for input/output use and multiple CAN bus controllers for diagnostic and CAN gateway capability. The robust aluminum enclosure has sealed automotive connectors and is designed for harsh outdoor environments.

IQAN-XC41, -XC42 and -XC43 are designed and certified to IEC 61508 SIL2. When controlled via an IQAN-MC4xFS (functional safety) master module, these expansions can be used in safety functions up to EN ISO 13849-1 PL d.

Adding the XC4x expansion controllers to machine applications is simple with the easy-to-use IQAN programming tools. This makes the IQAN-XC41, -XC42, -XC43 and -XC44 expansion controllers a perfect fit for any mobile machine application.
