ISO 21287 COMPACT CYLINDERS, P1P SERIES
*PRODUCT IMAGE IS REPRESENTATIVE PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER. DO NOT MAKE BUYING DECISIONS SOLEY BASED ON THE IMAGE. PLEASE VERIFY SPECIFICATIONS MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
The P1P Series is a complete range of ISO 21287 compact cylinders. Cylinder barrel is anodized aluminum. Chrome plated carbon steel piston rod is standard. Elastic cushioning absorbs residual energy facilitating in smooth, low noise operation enabling high speeds and short cycle times. Proven seal technology and quality materials throughout offer performance, reliability, and long service life.
Available as Single rod double acting and double acting with non-rotating piston rod (guided) in bore sizes Ø20 to Ø100mm. Double acting with through rod bores Ø20 to Ø63mm. Single acting spring return (Bores Ø20 - Ø63mm) and single acting spring advance (Bores Ø20 - Ø63mm). With standard temperature -20°C to +80°C, high temperature -10°C to +120°C and low temperature -40°C to +80°C to suit a wide range of environmental applications in processing, packaging, and handling.
Compact axial dimensions make the P1P ISO 21287 cylinder up to 50% shorter than an equivalent ISO 15552 cylinder of the same stroke length. Offering many opportunities for mechanical installation there are holes through the cylinder body that can be used with through bolts or female threads on both front and rear plates. A wide range of ISO 15552-cylinder mountings are available for use with P1P cylinders bore 20-100 mm.
