Self-Regulating High Temperature (SH) Temptrace™ is designed to provide temperature maintenance for gases, liquids and other process materials in operating environments with harsh conditions. SH-Temptrace consists of one or multiple insulated and heated tubes with a self-regulating cable for freeze protection and high temperature maintenance applications. With customization options available for numerous application requirements and a thermal insulation that allows for the transfer of fluids or gases up to 400°F (204°C), it is the optimal solution for applications in which high temperatures must be maintained throughout the conveyance process of liquids and gases. • Highly customizable to fulfill various application requirements, with multiple options available for tubing materials, tubing sizes, wall thickness, heating cable voltage and heat output, cover material and color
• Designed with a Fluoropolymer jacket over the heating cable to provide additional protection against many harsh environments
• Maintains an outer jacket surface temperature of 140°F (60°C) or less, meeting NEC Personnel Protection Code 427.12
• Able to maintain process tube temperatures of 250°F (121.1°C), depending on ambient conditions
• Process tubes can be steam cleaned at temperatures up to 400°F (204°C) when power to the heating cable is off
