Spot Welded Packs are composed of multi-layers of single screens that have been resistance-welded together to form a pack. Packs provides ease of operation, better inventory control, and improved process control. The screens are welded at precise points, thus the name spot weld, to avoid disruption in polymer flow. Sizes range from 1" to 24" diameter. Various shapes are available including circular, oval, rectangular and custom options. Micron ratings range from 2µ to >5000µ. The number of screens per pack can range from 2 to 35 depending on mesh. Ultrasonic cleaning is also an option for these parts depending on contruction.
